Warehouse management from your hand, with scanning and real-time sync

Goods receipt, item lookup and stock movements without paperwork and without repeated manual data entry.

What you gain in the warehouse

Day-to-day warehouse operations become faster and less exposed to transcription errors. The mobile warehouse app works directly with the warehouse module in e:corg ERP: warehouse staff scan barcodes or QR codes, confirm quantities, and the movements appear immediately in stock, without the extra step of copying data from paper later.

Goods receipt by scanning, directly from a phone or terminal

Fast item lookup by product code (Item ID)

Stock movements recorded immediately in the ERP

On-screen validation messages, before an error reaches stock

What you can do from the mobile app

The capabilities below are already shipped in e:corg ERP and can be used by warehouse teams on a phone or on dedicated handheld terminals.

Goods receipt by scanning

Warehouse staff scan the barcode or QR code on the product or on the receiving document, confirm the quantity, and the receipt is recorded directly in the ERP, without manual re-entry.

Item lookup by product code (Item ID)

During receiving or stock checks, an item is found instantly by its internal code, without manually searching through long product lists.

Stock movements from the warehouse

Transfers between warehouses, adjustments and other stock movements can be initiated directly from the mobile app, with balances updated immediately in the ERP.

On-screen validation and error messages

The app flags unusual situations (mismatched quantity, item or document) on the spot, so the issue is corrected before it affects stock.

How the mobile app gets rolled out in your warehouse

When receiving and stock movements are recorded from the warehouse, stock discrepancies show up far less often during inventory counts: instead of warehouse staff writing on paper and entering data into the computer later, every operation is recorded the moment it happens. Rollout does not mean changing the entire warehouse flow at once — scanning is introduced step by step, on the processes that matter most.

1. Audit of the current warehouse flow

We review how receiving, item lookup and stock movements are handled today, and where most recording errors or delays occur.

2. Device and user configuration

We set up the users, permissions and warehouses that will work with the mobile app, so every operation is attributed correctly.

3. Pilot on a single warehouse

We start with a limited flow (for example, receiving only) on one warehouse, to validate scanning and ERP sync before expanding.

4. Training the warehouse team

Warehouse staff learn to scan, confirm quantities and interpret validation messages directly on the device.

5. Rolling out to the rest of warehouse operations

After validating the pilot, we extend the mobile app to the remaining receiving, lookup and stock movement flows.
